The Digital Marketing Specialist owns day-to-day execution of the digital demand engine: paid search and social, SEO, email nurture flows, and landing page optimization for a fast-growing technology product.
The role matters because digital is the primary acquisition channel. You will translate campaign strategy into hands-on execution, measure everything against CAC and pipeline contribution, and feed tested insights back to the broader marketing team.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta, owning budgets, bidding strategy, and pacing
• Execute SEO initiatives: keyword research, on-page optimization, technical audits, and content briefs that grow organic traffic and rankings
• Build and manage email campaigns and nurture sequences in HubSpot or Marketo, including segmentation, automation workflows, and deliverability monitoring
• Create and test landing pages and CTAs; run A/B tests on copy, layout, and offers to lift conversion rates
• Own digital analytics: maintain GA4 dashboards, track attribution, and report weekly on KPIs including CAC, ROAS, and MQL volume
• Coordinate with design, content, and sales teams to produce campaign assets on schedule
• Monitor competitor and industry digital activity to surface new channel and messaging opportunities
What We Are Looking For
• 3-5 years of hands-on digital marketing experience in B2B or B2C tech
• Proven proficiency with Google Ads and at least one major social ad platform, with real budget ownership
• Working knowledge of SEO best practices and tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Screaming Frog
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot) and GA4
• Strong analytical skills; comfortable building reports in Excel, Looker Studio, or similar
• Excellent written communication and the ability to manage multiple campaigns concurrently
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience); Bonus: HubSpot or Google Ads certifications, experience with SQL or HTML/CSS basics, and exposure to product-led-growth funnels
