The Digital Marketing Specialist owns the execution engine behind digital demand: paid search and social, SEO, email nurture, and landing page performance for a fast-growing technology company.
The role sits at the intersection of marketing and data — building campaigns, tracking what actually converts, and feeding insight back into product and sales messaging.
Key Responsibilities
• Build and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta, owning budgets, bidding strategy, and creative rotation
• Run SEO programs: keyword research, on-page optimization, technical audits (Semrush/Screaming Frog), and content briefs for writers
• Design and execute email nurture campaigns in HubSpot or Marketo, including segmentation, drip workflows, and deliverability monitoring
• Launch and optimize landing pages and forms in WordPress or Webflow, running A/B tests to improve conversion rates
• Own GA4 and Google Tag Manager setups, building dashboards and reporting on CAC, channel performance, and pipeline contribution
• Coordinate with design, content, and sales teams to keep campaigns on-brand and aligned to quarterly pipeline targets
• Monitor competitor positioning and market trends to inform messaging and channel strategy
What We Are Looking For
• 3-6 years of hands-on digital marketing experience in B2B or B2C tech
• Deep proficiency with Google Ads, GA4, GTM, and at least one marketing automation platform (HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot)
• Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals and tools like Semrush or Ahrefs
• Strong analytical skills — comfortable building reports in Looker Studio or Excel and presenting performance to leadership
• Experience managing six-figure paid budgets with demonstrated ROI improvements
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• Bonus: experience with CRM-integrated attribution (Salesforce, HubSpot), web experimentation tools (VWO, Optimizely), or marketing certifications (Google Ads, HubSpot)
