The Marketing Manager owns demand generation and brand programs end-to-end for a developer-tools and cloud infrastructure audience, translating technical positioning into campaigns that reliably produce qualified pipeline.
This role sits at the intersection of product marketing and growth: partnering with sales, product, content, and design to plan, launch, and measure multi-channel programs across email, paid search, organic content, and events — with clear attribution back to revenue.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan and execute integrated demand-generation campaigns across paid search (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads), email, webinars, and organic content channels
• Own campaign analytics: define KPIs, build dashboards in GA4 and Looker, and optimize spend against CAC, MQL-to-SQL conversion, and pipeline contribution
• Develop and manage the content calendar in partnership with technical writers and SEO to grow organic traffic and keyword rankings
• Run structured A/B tests on messaging, landing pages, and ad creative to improve funnel conversion rates at each stage
• Coordinate product launch and event marketing (virtual events, industry conferences, webinars) with clear pre/post promotion plans
• Manage a quarterly marketing budget and agency/vendor relationships; report performance and forecasts to leadership monthly
• Maintain clean data and lead-scoring workflows in HubSpot/Marketo and keep Salesforce campaign attribution accurate
What We Are Looking For
• 3-6 years of B2B tech marketing experience with demonstrated pipeline or revenue impact
• Hands-on expertise with marketing automation (HubSpot or Marketo), CRM workflows (Salesforce), and analytics (GA4, Google Tag Manager)
• Working knowledge of SEO/SEM fundamentals and paid media management, including keyword strategy and budget pacing
• Strong writing and editing skills; able to translate technical concepts into compelling campaign messaging
• Proven project-management ability across concurrent campaigns, stakeholders, and deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Bonus: experience marketing to developer or technical buyer audiences; familiarity with tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Webflow, or Figma; experience with ABM programs and intent data (6sense, Bombora)
