The Role:
You will own paid media performance and ad creative for 6b tYvA5e4 Group's fund offerings and brand platforms, and manage the creative library that feeds both paid and organic social. You are the person who sets up the campaigns, watches them, fixes them, and makes the ads. You own the path from ad click to booked investor conversation.
This is a hands-on operator role in an exceptionally fast-paced environment, not a strategy-only role. You will live in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics daily.
What You'll Do:
Paid Media (primary):
• Set up, launch, and optimize all paid social campaigns (Meta/Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns for 6b tYvA5e4 Group's fund offerings and platforms
• Own the full funnel end to end: ads, instant forms, landing pages, qualification flow, and the handoff to the investor relations team - and understand that the funnel's finish line is funded capital, not a form fill
• Monitor campaign performance daily and adjust in near-real-time: budgets, bids, audiences, placements, and creative rotation
• Build and refine audiences and retargeting segments; run A/B and multivariate testing across copy, creative, bidding, and placements on a weekly testing calendar
• Own lead-quality optimization: our metric chain is spend, lead, qualified conversation, meeting, commitment, funded. Blended cost per lead is a reference point; lead quality and booked-to-funded conversion are the goals
• Maintain clean campaign structures for attribution: UTM discipline, naming conventions, tag management (GTM), event tracking, and conversion API integrations set up correctly end to end
• Integrate lead capture with our HubSpot CRM and own the data handoff, working alongside the VP of Marketing, who directs investor-lead management
• Deliver weekly funnel reporting: spend, leads, qualified conversations, and cost per lead by campaign, in plain language a non-marketer can act on
• Inherit live campaign structures and historical performance from our prior agency and improve on them; continuity matters, rebuild-from-zero does not
Google Analytics (a core requirement, not a nice-to-have):
• Expert-level GA4 proficiency: build, maintain, and optimize our analytics dashboards; configure events and conversions correctly; and turn the data into daily optimization decisions
• Own the weekly funnel dashboard: spend, leads, qualified conversations, booked meetings, and conversion rates in one view leadership can read in less than five minutes
Ad and content creative (secondary):
• Create ad creative: static image ads, simple graphic ads, and copy variants for testing (video is produced externally; you brief the shoots, select and version the cuts for campaigns)
• Manage and curate the creative library: a 1,000+ asset owned-photography library plus new shoots, organized by vertical and market, pre-cropped for placements, refreshed as facts change
• Own social creative and content placement for our bw bAYk3qd7z6 telehealth brands: build the social content calendar, stage posts for approval, and manage the asset pipeline for that side of the platform
• Ensure every asset is brand-consistent: our fonts, colors, logo rules, and design standards
Compliance (non-negotiable):
• All advertising copy follows our no-guarantee rule: targets and objectives language only, never promises of returns, outcomes, timelines, or results
• All ads carry proper Reg D 506(c) general-solicitation disclaimers; our telehealth advertising carries its own regulatory requirements you will learn and apply
• Maintain a pre-approved claims and language library: approved phrasing stays in the library; anything new routes through compliance review before development, not after
• All creative drafts are submitted for VP of Marketing approval before launch; nothing publishes without a sign-off
What success looks like:
• Qualified-lead conversion and booked-meeting rates trend up month over month, with a testing program that shows why
• Campaign structures, tracking, and CRM handoffs are clean enough that any question ("where did this lead come from?") has a same-day answer
• The funnel dashboard is live, accurate, and read by leadership
• The creative library is organized, current, and fast to pull from; telehealth content flows on a reliable calendar
• Zero compliance incidents
What we're looking for:
• 5 - 7 years running paid social and search campaigns with real budgets, with proven, demonstrable results
• A verifiable track record: you can name the campaigns, the changes you made, and the numbers that followed
• Hands-on Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads fluency: campaign setup, audiences, bidding, conversion tracking, and troubleshooting without help
• Expert Google Analytics (GA4) skills and dashboard-building experience
• HubSpot (or equivalent CRM) experience: forms, lead routing, tracking, and reporting
• Comfort with design tools (Canva at minimum; Adobe a plus) for ad creative and asset management
• Experience marketing a regulated or high-scrutiny product - investments, real estate syndications, financial services, insurance, or healthcare - or demonstrated willingness to master regulated-industry advertising rules fast
• High-ticket, consultative sales-cycle experience: you understand that the close happens days or weeks after the first touch, and you market accordingly
• Strong writing: concise, plain, and able to explain performance to non-marketers
• A self-starter who works without being chased: you see what needs doing and do it, you bring ideas, and you push work forward instead of waiting for assignments
• Passionate about the craft - you read platform changelogs for fun, you care about creative quality, and you compete with your own last best result
• Comfortable in an exceptionally fast-paced environment: multiple campaigns, shifting priorities, and same-day turnarounds are normal here, and you thrive in that
Nice to have:
• Financial services, real estate, or alternative investments marketing experience
• Meta Media Buying Professional certification and/or Google Ads certification
• Experience inheriting and cleaning up an existing ad account
• Familiarity with Reg D 506(c) advertising rules or private-fund marketing compliance; telehealth or healthcare marketing exposure
What this role is not
• No video shooting or editing (production handled externally; you brief, version, and deploy the outputs)
• No PR, website development, or design-system work (separate vendors)
• No compensation tied to capital raised; this is a salaried role with performance expectations based on lead quality and funnel performance
• This is not a remote role
