About the Role:

A detail-oriented and proactive Tik Tok Shop / TRYBE Platform Manager is needed to support affiliate marketing operations across TikTok Shop and Meta. The role will focus on creating high performing affiliate campaigns, scaling affiliate outreach, creating programs and incentives to maximize affiliate performance, managing affiliate creator communities, supporting product promotions, and coordinating platform operations to help improve product visibility and affiliate marketing performance.

The ideal candidate has familiarity with TikTok Shop operations in the U.S. market and will be primarily focused on scaling TRYBE for Liquid+. The candidate should have at least 1-2 years of experience scaling high growth affiliate programs on Tik Tok Shop or Trybe.

Key Responsibilities:

Affiliate & Platform Management

• Manage day-to-day affiliate outreach, communication and campaigns through TRYBE and other relevant platforms.

• Support affiliate coordination and help maintain organized affiliate marketing workflows.

• Manage our affiliate community in Discord and develop incentive programs that maximize affiliate performance and retention

• Learn and navigate TRYBE to manage platform activities effectively.

TikTok Shop & Meta Operations

• Assist with TikTok Shop operations in the U.S. market and support affiliate-related activities across Meta.

• Coordinate affiliate campaigns, product promotions, and related marketing activities.

• Help ensure affiliate and promotional activities are organized and executed according to business priorities.

Product Promotion & Coordination

• Support product promotion initiatives and affiliate marketing campaigns.

• Track ongoing activities and follow up on outstanding tasks as needed.

• Assist with coordinating platform-related updates and operational requirements.

Qualifications & Ideal Traits:

Must-Have

• Familiarity with TikTok Shop operations, preferably within the U.S. market.

• Willingness and ability to learn TRYBE and adapt to new platforms and workflows.

• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through.

• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn affiliate marketing operations.

Preferred

• Hands-on experience managing TikTok Shop operations in the U.S. market.

• Previous experience using TRYBE.

• Familiarity with affiliate marketing, product promotions, or creator/affiliate coordination.

• Experience supporting Meta-related marketing or affiliate activities.
