Role Overview

The Senior TikTok Shop Affiliate Manager owns the affiliate program for a portfolio of our brands. You set the strategy, design how we pay and motivate creators, lead the affiliate managers and coordinators who execute it, and carry the affiliate GMV number across your portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Own affiliate strategy: Decide which creator tiers each brand goes after and how sampling and budget are split across them.

• Design commissions and incentives: Build Open Plans, Target Plans, TAP campaigns, incentive tiers and the promotional calendar, and revise them on evidence.

• Lead the team: Set targets for affiliate managers and coordinators, review their work, and develop them.

• Drive activation speed: Tighten sampling, briefs and product education so creators go from signed to posting fast.

• Analyze and optimize: Track affiliate GMV, active creators, activation rate, sample-to-post rate, content volume and commission cost, and move effort to what works.

• Connect affiliate to live and paid: Get winning creator content in front of our live hosts and into GMV Max and Spark Ads.

• Manage partners: Brief TAP and agency partners and hold them to clear KPIs.

• Report to leadership and brands: Deliver weekly and monthly affiliate reporting that clients and our leadership can act on.

Qualifications

• Experience: 3+ years across affiliate, influencer marketing, creator partnerships, ecommerce or agency work; we judge TikTok Shop depth on what you ran, not years.

• Platform depth: Command of Affiliate Center and Seller Center, including collaboration types, commission settings, Target Plans and sample workflows.

• Portfolio results: More than one brand program run at once, with the GMV to show for it.

• Leadership: Experience leading a team, and raising their output rather than doing their work.

• Commercial judgment: Able to defend a commission rate or sampling budget with the numbers behind it.

• Communication: Clear with creators, brands and leadership.

Nice to have

• Several affiliate programs run at once at an agency or multi-brand seller

• Live selling experience, or work alongside a live studio

• Creator tools such as Cruva, Euka, Reacher or FastMoss

• Kitchen, home, beauty or consumer electronics categories
