Design, implement, test, and maintain software features in accordance with agreed requirements and engineering standards. Work with product and business partners to clarify user needs, estimate work, identify dependencies, and communicate risks or changes in scope. Contribute to technical documentation, implementation notes, and knowledge sharing so that systems can be understood and supported over time. Participate in planning, reviews, and retrospectives, and suggest practical improvements to team processes. Consider security, accessibility, performance, and maintainability throughout development.
