The Opportunity

We're hiring a YouTube Tutorial Producer for an AI audio and voice technology company — owning short educational YouTube tutorials end to end (2–5 minutes, presented by an AI avatar or AI voiceover over product screen recordings, not an on-camera role), starting at 2 videos a week, each showing viewers how to solve one specific problem with AI voice, image, video, or audio. Over time the role scales beyond two videos a week, works with growing independence as review steps back, and helps shape tutorial content that drives search traffic and visibility in LLM answers.

What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like

• End-to-End Ownership: Own short educational YouTube tutorials end to end — 2 to 5 minutes, presented by an AI avatar or AI voiceover over product screen recordings.

• Weekly Cadence: Produce 2 videos a week to start, each showing viewers how to solve one specific problem with AI voice, image, video, or audio.

• Topic Selection: Pick topics from the backlog of SEO keywords and LLM gaps, and decide which need a video and how to package them.

• Scripts: Write word-for-word scripts with AI tools like Claude, with the target keywords built in.

• Assets & Walkthroughs: Generate the assets each tutorial needs, and record smooth, high-quality product walkthroughs that match the script.

• AI Presenter: Produce the presenter with an AI avatar, AI voiceover, and lip sync.

• Editing: Edit the video to the client's brand style — clean, polished edits with smooth zooms and captions, matched to the script.

• Thumbnails: Design a simple thumbnail from a template.

• Titles & Upload: Write the title, description, and chapters with target keywords, then upload.

• Performance Checks: Check performance weekly and feed what works into the next videos.

• Workflows: Build Claude skills and workflows that make each step of the process faster and better over time.

What You Bring

• Tutorial Portfolio: Has made tutorial or educational YouTube videos before, with a portfolio to show.

• YouTube Search: Knows how YouTube search works and how to package a video for it.

• AI Scripting: Very comfortable using AI, including Claude, to research and write clear, direct scripts with keywords placed naturally.

• SEO Basics: Keyword research, and keywords built into titles, descriptions, and chapters.

• Screen Recording: Smooth, high-quality screen recordings in Screen Studio (or another tool, if they can show strong results with it).

• Video Editing: Video editing in Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve.

• AI Avatars & Voice: Hands-on experience generating AI avatars, AI voiceovers, and lip sync.

• Thumbnails: Simple thumbnail design in Figma from templates.

• Independence: Works independently and needs little review.

• Communication: Good spoken English; written copy can be proofread with AI, but they know how to keep scripts and descriptions from sounding AI-written.

Bonus Points if:

• You have used AI audio and video tools, including the client's own.

• You understand how to get content cited in LLM answers.

• You have basic motion graphics skills.

• You have YouTube experience at an AI or software company.

• You have built Claude skills or other AI workflows before.
