About The Role

We are seeking an experienced React JS Developer to build and maintain front-end applications that support workflow-backed user journeys. In this full-time role, you will work across React, Python REST services, Camunda 7, and distributed integrations to deliver cohesive, dependable solutions. You will collaborate with product, engineering, data, and operations stakeholders to translate requirements into accessible interfaces and effective end-to-end workflows. The role also involves integrating agentic AI capabilities and automated analytics into governed processes, with appropriate controls for review, monitoring, and auditability.

Qualifications

Candidates should bring 8–12 years of relevant software development experience, including strong hands-on expertise with React and modern JavaScript or TypeScript. You should be comfortable building component-driven interfaces, working with hooks and state management, and consuming REST APIs securely and reliably. Experience designing and implementing BPMN workflows in Camunda 7 is required, including service and user tasks, gateways, timers, message events, transaction boundaries, and asynchronous execution patterns.

You should also have experience developing Python REST APIs using frameworks such as FastAPI or Flask, including request validation, authentication, and downstream integrations. Familiarity with Camunda External Tasks and Java or Python workers is important, along with practical knowledge of idempotency, retries, backoff strategies, and resilient service communication. Experience with Databricks job orchestration, LLM or agent integrations, and Camunda Cockpit, Tasklist, or Admin is valuable. Strong communication, analytical thinking, testing discipline, and the ability to collaborate across teams are essential.

Responsibilities

Build, enhance, test, and maintain React applications using reusable components, hooks, and suitable state management. Integrate user journeys with backend APIs, implementing authentication-aware requests, clear error handling, and appropriate pagination or caching. Develop and maintain Python APIs that expose workflow and data capabilities, apply validation and secure authentication patterns, and connect with internal and external systems.

Model and implement Camunda 7 BPMN workflows using appropriate tasks, events, and gateways. Establish controlled transaction boundaries and tune workflow throughput using asyncBefore and asyncAfter where appropriate. Deliver API-centric orchestration through External Tasks, developing scalable Java or Python workers with idempotent processing, retry and backoff behavior, and resilient REST integrations.

Integrate LLM and agent capabilities as governed workflow steps, including tool or function calling, prompt and version management, human approval points, and audit trails. Trigger and monitor Databricks jobs, correlate results with Camunda process instances, and support operational teams using Camunda Cockpit, Tasklist, and Admin. Participate in design reviews, troubleshooting, testing, documentation, and continuous improvement of application reliability, security, and performance.
