💼 Responsibilities:

• Sourcing Ring / security camera clips from TikTok, X, Reddit, YouTube, Instagram and Ring Neighbors

• Editing ~60-minute compilations that match the style of our existing videos exactly

• Writing short narration scripts for the clips

• Voiceovers in Algrow using our channel's cloned voice (we provide access)

• Creating thumbnails

• Around 6 videos per month to start

• Long-term collaboration

✅ Requirements:

• Experience editing long-form YouTube videos (compilations are a big plus)

• Good at finding fresh, viral clips with no repeats

• Experience with Vidrush (needed for our upcoming channels, we provide access)

• Experience with Algrow or other AI voice tools is a plus

• Able to closely match an existing style

• Good written English for scripts

• Reliable with deadlines

🎁 We offer:

• $50–80 per video for the first videos, depending on quality

• A monthly salary once our Vidrush channels launch (for editors we trust)

• Paid $20 test assignment (a short sample in our style, paid after delivery if the quality matches)

• Fully remote work, flexible schedule as long as deadlines are met

• Stable, long-term workload

• Room to grow as we expand to more channels

⭐️ About the project:
