About the Opportunity:

The BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE DEVELOPER role focuses on designing and maintaining business intelligence solutions that support data-driven decision-making within the organization. This position transforms complex data into clear, actionable insights through interactive dashboards and reports, primarily using Microsoft Power BI. The role contributes to enhancing organizational performance by enabling stakeholders to access accurate and meaningful business intelligence.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, publish, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and visualizations.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate reporting and analytics requirements.

• Develop and maintain data models, including data transformations and query optimization.

• Integrate Power BI with various data sources such as SQL databases, Excel, and cloud services.

• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and appropriate access controls.

• Monitor and optimize report performance, usability, and reliability.

• Utilize AI tools like ChatGPT to improve Power BI development efficiency.

• Provide documentation, guidance, and training for business intelligence tools.

• Continuously improve reporting solutions based on user feedback and business needs.

• Support analytics initiatives by establishing best practices for visualization, reporting, and data governance.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience developing BI or analytics solutions using Power BI or similar tools.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field.

• Strong proficiency with Power BI including DAX, Power Query, and data modeling.

• Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT to enhance Power BI development.

• Ability to evaluate AI-generated solutions for accuracy and adherence to best practices.

• Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases.

• Understanding of data warehousing, data pipelines, and ETL processes.

• Capability to analyze complex datasets and communicate insights clearly.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• Competitive salary range of $100,000 to $125,000.
