Marketing Automation Specialist — Atlanta, GA

We're partnering with a growing organization to hire a Marketo Marketing Automation Specialist who will own the execution, optimization, and reporting of email marketing and demand generation programs.

This is a highly hands-on role for someone who enjoys working in Marketo daily, building automated campaigns, managing lead nurture programs, and using data to improve marketing performance. The ideal candidate combines strong technical marketing skills with a passion for optimization, process improvement, and emerging AI technologies.

Responsibilities

• Build, QA, launch, and optimize email campaigns, nurture programs, landing pages, forms, and automated workflows in Marketo

• Develop and manage audience segmentation, lead scoring, and lead nurturing programs

• Monitor campaign performance and provide reporting and insights on engagement, conversion, and ROI

• Manage contact lists, data imports, and data quality initiatives

• Create and maintain reusable templates and marketing automation best practices

• Execute A/B testing and continuous optimization of campaigns, audiences, and messaging

• Partner with marketing stakeholders to support demand generation and lead development initiatives

• Leverage AI and automation tools to improve campaign execution, reporting, and operational efficiency

• Document processes and workflows to support scalability and consistency

• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, demand generation, or marketing automation

• 2+ years of hands-on Marketo experience

• Strong understanding of email marketing, audience segmentation, lead nurturing, and campaign reporting

• Experience working with CRM platforms, such as Salesforce

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and make recommendations

• Excellent attention to detail and project management skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
