About the Role

Strategic Consulting Partners is seeking a mid-level UI Designer with at least 4 years of experience to develop thoughtful, high-quality creative work. This full-time role offers ownership of creative projects, with responsibilities spanning user-centered design, campaign development, launch videos, visual storytelling, and design performance analysis.

The ideal candidate will combine strong design judgment with reliable execution, work effectively both independently and collaboratively, and ensure that creative concepts translate smoothly into development.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze performance data to understand which creative elements are driving results.

• Develop layouts, typography, and imagery that strengthen the Strategic Consulting Partners experience.

• Translate creative taglines into cohesive campaign systems.

• Plan the emotional progression of launch videos, outlining each stage before production begins.

• Condense lengthy strategy presentations into clear, impactful visual concepts.

• Promote a collaborative, user-centered design approach across projects.

• Manage the handoff between the creative studio and development teams to ensure important details are retained.

• Develop A/B test variations that isolate individual creative variables for evaluation.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• At least 4 years of experience in UI design.

• Proven experience with Principle.

• Ability to demonstrate completed work and consistent follow-through.

• Willingness to ask questions and clarify requirements before making decisions that could lead to costly mistakes.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team.

• Mid-level proficiency in interpersonal skills.

• Working knowledge of information architecture or an interest in developing this skill.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary: $56,000–$84,000.
