This role is ideal for a B2B Sr UX Designer with a strong background in data visualization, dashboards and reporting. In this role you will drive design innovation by analyzing future trends, evaluating competitive landscapes, and translating deep customer insights into scalable, world-class design solutions. You will collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product management, and business leaders to turn complex workflows into seamless, delightful interactive experiences. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support user experience strategy by evaluating competitive landscapes, analyzing industry trends, and creating compelling artifacts to align stakeholders.

• Mentor and guide associate designers in day-to-day UX design methodologies, principles, and professional growth.

• Design and develop comprehensive user interfaces, visual design specifications, and high-fidelity prototypes for complex, high-impact initiatives.

• Conduct end-to-end design research and user discovery, including qualitative/quantitative research, user journeys, storyboards, and contextual inquiries.

• Translate research insights, web analytics, and usability testing results into actionable recommendations that inform product and business strategies.

• Define and document interaction design details through process flows, site maps, wireframes, and functional specifications.

• Build and maintain strong functional partnerships across engineering, product management, and business teams to ensure seamless execution and quality assurance of designs.

• Advocate for scalable design solutions by contributing to site standards, style guides, and design pattern libraries.

What You Bring (Required Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree in UI/UX design, graphic design, visual communication, product design, computer science, information technology, or a related field with at least 5 years of professional experience in UI/UX, interactive/visual design, or multimedia design

• Portfolio with case studies demonstrating expertise in data visualization, reporting and dashboards.

• Deep knowledge of user-centered design principles, interaction design patterns, and prototyping tools/techniques.

• Proven ability to conduct user research, analyze data, and translate insights into strategic design decisions.

• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and collaborative problem-solving skills.
