Role: Content Strategist (Specialist- Content Management)

Location: Irving, TX (Onsite)

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Content Strategy, UX Content, Content Design, UX Writing, or a related field.

• Strong copywriting, editing, and content development experience.

• Experience creating content for websites, digital products, or enterprise platforms.

• Understanding of UX principles, customer journeys, and user-centered design.

• Experience collaborating with designers, product managers, and cross-functional stakeholders.

• Excellent communication, organization, cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to translate complex business or technical information into clear, user-friendly content.

• Partnership experience with UX, Design, and Product teams.

• Experience developing content strategies, standards, or governance frameworks.

• Experience leveraging user research, analytics, and feedback to improve content.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
