Job Title: Marketing Manager, focus on pet

Location: Texas (have to be based here or open to relocate)

Package: $130,000-$150,000k + Bonus

Responsibilities:

• Senior Marketing Manger responsible for leading product portfolio strategy and driving customer activation initiatives.

• Lead product portfolio strategy and brand growth to achieve revenue and market share objectives.

• Develop and execute omnichannel campaigns, promotional materials, e-commerce assets and product launches.

• Manage marketing budgets, forecasts, inventory and performance metrics to maximise commercial impact.

• Use market research, customer insights and competitive intelligence to identify growth opportunities.

• Align cross-functional teams, sales, agencies and external partners around brand strategy and execution.

Requirements:

• Animal Health (pets) experience is a huge plus, if not, consumer-facing industries.

• B2B and B2C marketing experience.

• Deep marketing expertise across brand management, product launches, and campaigns.

• Data-driven approach: forecasting, KPI analysis, Market analysis etc.

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.

• 5+ years of marketing, brand management, or BD experience.
