Staff UX Designer — United States

For our client, we are seeking a Staff UX Designer to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This role will shape sophisticated user experiences for complex healthcare workflows, with a strong emphasis on elevating interaction quality and visual clarity. You will lead exploratory design efforts in ambiguous problem areas, translating insights into intuitive, high-impact solutions. The position partners closely with stakeholders across the organization to balance competing priorities, guide design decisions, and raise the overall standard of the product experience.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $188,500 – $245,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead the introduction of consumer-level experiences in the enterprise healthcare space

• Drive innovation by exploring and solving undefined problem areas

• Own and manage large-scale design projects using rapid prototyping

• Elevate overall design quality and create breakthrough user experiences

• Demonstrate strategic thinking and make intelligent design decisions

• Champion design excellence across the organization

Qualifications

• 7+ years of in-house design experience with complex technical features

• Portfolio demonstrating advanced expertise in interaction and visual design

• Strategic thinker with experience leading high-value exploration projects

• Proven ability to manage conflicting stakeholder feedback

• Experience with design systems and maintaining scalable standards
