Product Designer (Growth) — United States

For our client, we are seeking a Product Designer (Growth) to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.

This role will focus on shaping growth-focused product experiences that reduce friction, improve onboarding, and help more users realize value quickly. You will partner closely with product, engineering, and analytics stakeholders to identify opportunities, design experiments, and translate findings into measurable product improvements. The ideal candidate brings a balance of strong craft, rapid iteration, and data-informed decision-making in a distributed, remote-first environment.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $163,480 – $245,220 annually

Responsibilities

• Draft and propose impactful product changes for growth initiatives

• Engage in the experimentation process, learning and iterating from feedback

• Generate ideas for experiments to address user friction points

• Advocate for user-centric product improvements

• Maintain high standards for deliverables while prioritizing experimental speed

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define problems and measure experiment success

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of product design experience, particularly in onboarding and growth areas

• Hands-on experience with A/B testing and analytics tools

• Familiarity with product-led SaaS business models

• Ability to analyze experiment outcomes for design insights

• Skill in delivering high-quality designs quickly

• Experience working in distributed, asynchronous teams
