Senior Product Designer — United States

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Product Designer to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This role will shape end-to-end digital product experiences with a focus on mobile-first consumer health applications. You will partner closely with product, engineering, research, and leadership teams to create intuitive, high-quality designs that improve the user experience and support product evolution. The position calls for strong systems thinking, rapid prototyping, and the ability to turn data and research into thoughtful design decisions.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $168,000 – $245,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product design initiatives for mobile experiences

• Prototype quickly using Figma and AI tools to test ideas early

• Present design work clearly to cross-functional stakeholders and senior leadership

• Maintain attention to detail during engineering implementation and post-launch iterations

• Use data and research to inform design decisions and evolve approaches

• Champion system-level thinking to improve team efficiency and design systems

• Balance multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while ensuring high-quality execution

Qualifications

• 7+ years in UX/UI design, with 5+ years in consumer mobile and web applications

• Proficient in Figma and modern AI/prototyping tools

• Experience driving user testing and research

• Strong foundation in interaction design, visual design, and usability best practices

• Ability to work independently while contributing to a larger design vision
