Social Media and Marketing Coordinator / Shoppable Live Host — Orlando, FL

NEenByP is a fragrance retailer looking for a confident, charismatic, and friendly Live Sales Host who knows how to connect with an audience and turn product interest into sales.

You should be comfortable speaking on camera, starting conversations, thinking quickly, and keeping viewers engaged. We’re looking for someone who follows current TikTok and social media trends and brings fresh ideas to our live sessions and content.

Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to continuous self-improvement are essential requirements. You must take initiative to learn independently, seek feedback, identify opportunities to improve, and consistently apply what you learn.

Live hosting is the primary focus of this position. When you’re not live, you’ll also support customer service, content creation, and return processing.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Host engaging TikTok Shop live sessions, present fragrances, answer viewer questions, and encourage purchases.

• Explain fragrance notes, product features, pricing, and promotions accurately.

• Build rapport with viewers, handle sales objections, and help customers choose products.

• Maintain an enthusiastic, welcoming presence throughout each live session.

• Prepare for broadcasts by learning the products, reviewing offers, and organizing the presentation area.

• Create short videos, product demonstrations, and other social media content.

• Assist customers with order questions and concerns, following company policies and escalating issues when needed.

• Process returns, inspect returned products, and maintain accurate records.

• Double-check product information, customer communications, content, and return records for accuracy.

• Review live sessions, customer feedback, and sales results to identify and implement improvements.

Required qualifications:

• Confident, engaging on-camera presentation and strong verbal communication skills.

• A friendly, charismatic approach and the ability to build trust with customers.

• Sales experience and an understanding of how to explain value, address hesitation, and close a sale.

• Current knowledge of TikTok, social media trends, and content that attracts and retains viewers.

• Strong attention to detail: You catch errors, check your work, follow procedures, and complete tasks accurately.

• Continuous self-improvement: You actively research products, study effective selling techniques, seek feedback, and apply new skills without waiting for direction.

• The ability to learn quickly, take ownership of mistakes, and make changes that prevent them from happening again.

• Reliability, organization, and a willingness to contribute across daily business tasks.

Experience with TikTok Shop, live selling, content creation, beauty, or fragrances is a plus.
