About The Role

The Brand Manager at Ancora Training plays a crucial role in shaping and enhancing the company’s brand presence through the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies. This full-time, remote position is responsible for planning, coordinating, and promoting a wide range of marketing initiatives from concept to completion. The Brand Manager will oversee social media channels and content strategy to ensure consistent messaging and brand presentation across all platforms. Working closely with the Manager of Client Communications and external marketing agencies, the Brand Manager will track performance metrics to measure the success of social media efforts and other marketing campaigns. This position offers an opportunity to lead impactful marketing projects that support client engagement and organizational growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in event planning or marketing coordination.

• At least 5 years of experience in social media marketing and management.

• Strong project management and organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Proficiency in Google Workplace, Canva, Hootsuite, Mailchimp, and Meta Business Suite.

• Familiarity with additional design software is a plus.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and recommend integrated marketing strategies across multiple channels to enhance brand visibility.

• Design engaging marketing materials including flyers, posters, email campaigns, conference backdrops, promotional materials, and social media graphics.

• Lead marketing campaigns across email, social media, and partner channels.

• Collaborate with other marketing team members to address marketing needs from various divisions within Ancora Training.

• Plan, promote, execute, and follow up on quarterly webinars.

• Serve as a direct contact for clients, managing relationships and providing marketing advice and support.

• Assist with paid marketing initiatives as required.

• Report analytics on email campaigns and work with the business development team to track potential leads.

• Develop social media strategies and maintain social media calendars.

• Create and schedule unique social media content daily, incorporating content changes requested by internal and external clients.

• Manage community engagement and maintain social media profiles and pages.
