About the Opportunity:

The LIFECYCLE MARKETING COORDINATOR, CRM plays a critical role in executing the organization's customer relationship management programs. This position is responsible for building, quality checking, and launching marketing campaigns accurately and on schedule. The coordinator supports the lifecycle marketing team by managing campaign execution, enabling strategic focus, and contributing directly to customer engagement and growth.

Responsibilities:

• Build, quality check, and launch CRM campaigns across multiple channels

• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure timely campaign delivery

• Simplify workflows to improve operational efficiency

• Identify and resolve issues in campaign content, links, targeting, and personalization

• Analyze campaign performance to inform improvements and prioritize work

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of hands-on CRM campaign execution experience using email service providers or marketing automation platforms

• Strong attention to detail in reviewing campaign elements

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively

• Proactive communication with clear status updates and early identification of blockers

• Technical curiosity and analytical skills to troubleshoot and understand campaign results

Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• Base pay ranges vary by candidate location, with specific ranges from $86,000 to $109,500 USD

• Eligibility for new hire equity grants and annual refresh grants
