Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow SPM Developer with extensive experience

implementing and supporting Strategic Portfolio Management solutions and a

strong foundation in the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible

for designing, configuring, developing, and enhancing SPM capabilities while leveraging

AI-powered tools and platform innovations to improve delivery efficiency and business

outcomes.

This role requires deep expertise in ServiceNow SPM modules, platform development,

integrations, automation, reporting, and modern AI-assisted development practices.

 Configure And Customize ServiceNow SPM Modules, Including

• Demand Management

• Project Portfolio Management

• Project Management

• Program Management

• Agile Development

• Resource Management

• Financial Planning

• Portfolio Management

• Intake workflows

• Financial tracking solutions

• Portfolio health dashboards

 Configure roadmap planning, portfolio hierarchies, funding models, and strategic

objectives.

 Develop scalable and maintainable solutions following ServiceNow best

practices.

 Participate in platform upgrades and instance health improvement initiatives.

 Identify opportunities to automate manual portfolio and project management

activities using AI-driven solutions.

Experience

Required Qualifications

 4+ years of ServiceNow development experience.

 2+ years of hands-on experience implementing ServiceNow SPM solutions.

 Experience working in Agile delivery environments.

 Experience with enterprise workflow automation and integrations.

Preferred Certifications

 ServiceNow Certified System Administrator

 ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
