ServiceNow Engineer — San Francisco, CA

Description:

We are looking for a Senior ServiceNow Engineer with 9+ years of experience in enterprise ServiceNow development, specializing in IT Asset Management (ITAM) and CMDB.

Key Requirements:

• Strong experience with ServiceNow ITAM (HAM/SAM), CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping.

• Expertise in CI classes, relationships, reconciliation, identification rules, and CMDB governance/data quality.

• Experience with MID Server, REST/SOAP integrations, and SCCM/cloud/on-prem inventory tools.

• Strong JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, and ACLs skills.

• Knowledge of ITIL processes including Incident, Problem, Change, Asset, and Configuration Management.

• Experience supporting large enterprise environments and troubleshooting/performance optimization.

• Data center asset management experience is highly preferred.

• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS-HAM/SAM, CIS-CMDB, CIS-Discovery) are a plus.
