Key Responsibilities

• Lead the evolution of a successful core offering into a multi-product platform, using the existing installed technology to power new applications

• Set the product vision and plan the roadmap, working with engineering and customers to focus on the highest-value opportunities

• Operate above day-to-day execution, making the key calls on priorities and empowering the team to deliver

• Build lasting relationships with senior customer leaders across functions so the product stays grounded in real-world needs

• Represent the product vision in executive-level customer conversations, leading those discussions independently when needed

• Put in place a structured, repeatable process for capturing customer feedback and feeding it into prioritization

• Develop a deep understanding of the company's core technology, and partner with engineering leadership to turn its capabilities into differentiated products

• Lead and grow a product organization that includes VP- and director-level leaders and a design team

• Provide clear direction across functions, challenge senior colleagues constructively, and drive alignment and fast decisions

Qualifications & Experience

• A track record of expanding a product with strong market traction into a broader platform that unlocked new use cases and growth

• Experience in both scaling a proven product and launching new products, and an understanding of what each requires

• Technical curiosity and credibility with a sophisticated engineering team, without necessarily coming from an engineering background

• Strong grasp of selling to enterprise buyers while driving adoption among the frontline users who rely on the product every day

• Experience serving a relatively small number of high-value enterprise accounts, where retention and expansion carry outsized weight

• Decisive judgment, with the ability to explain the reasoning behind tough calls and bring the organization along

• Discipline to focus the company on the right priorities rather than chasing every opportunity

• Comfort moving between company strategy, product priorities, and individual customer relationships

• Strong executive presence, with the ability to earn trust quickly with senior stakeholders inside and outside the company

• Experience in enterprise healthcare and/or workforce management software is strongly preferred

• Experience with enterprise IoT, connected hardware, or data-rich platforms is a plus

• A founder-like orientation paired with the ability to operate within a more complex organization is a plus

• Based in, or open to relocating to, the San Francisco Bay Area or New York City
