The Opportunity

We're partnering with an established, well-funded and much-loved B2B SaaS platform that has successfully evolved into an AI-native, agentic product, with early product-market fit already established.

We're looking for a nApU of HnR9Enf – AI to build on this momentum, owning the company's core AI product, strategy and execution as it enters its next phase of growth and scale.

The Role

• Own the product vision, strategy and roadmap for a growing AI-powered platform.

• Manage both PMs & Designers.

• Lead the evolution from traditional SaaS workflows to intelligent, agent-driven experiences.

• Work closely with engineering and design to build scalable, technically sophisticated AI products.

• Define how AI agents interact with users, data and existing enterprise workflows.

• Balance long-term product strategy with hands-on execution, experimentation and rapid iteration.

• Establish clear product quality standards, measuring the reliability, usefulness and impact of AI capabilities.

What We're Looking For

• Proven product leadership experience in complex AI-native environments, ideally at Group, nApU or Director level - managing PMs (and ideally designers)

• Track record of building and shipping AI-native products, particularly agentic AI, LLMs and autonomous workflows.

• Strong technical depth, able to challenge engineering decisions and shape complex AI systems and architecture.

Nice to have:

• Previous software engineering background, bringing deeper technical expertise.

• Experience leading design teams, with a strong understanding of UX and product craft.

• Experience leading the transition from traditional SaaS to AI-first products, rethinking how users interact with software.

This scale-up will pay above-market salaries for the right AI native PM leader.
