About The Company
Boogie Team connects skilled professionals with opportunities supporting U.S.-based businesses. We are building a general pool of web developers for current and future client assignments. Work may involve creating, improving, and maintaining websites and landing pages that are responsive, user-friendly, and aligned with each client’s business goals.
Applications are welcome from candidates worldwide. This is a recruiting pool, and applying does not guarantee an immediate opening or placement. Available assignments may be full-time, part-time, or project-based, depending on client needs. Schedule, working days, weekly hours, compensation, and engagement terms will be confirmed for each opportunity.
About The Role
As a Web Developer in the Boogie Team candidate pool, you may be matched with client work based on your demonstrated technical abilities, platforms, portfolio, and professional experience. Depending on the assignment, you will build, update, troubleshoot, and maintain websites, CMS pages, and landing pages.
Work is remote and aligned with U.S. Pacific Time in Los Angeles, including changes between standard time and daylight saving time. Candidates should be prepared to work the schedule agreed for their specific assignment. You will collaborate with client, marketing, and design teams, communicate progress clearly, and deliver reliable work that supports business objectives.
Qualifications
Applicants should have hands-on experience developing and maintaining professional websites and practical knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive web development. Experience with at least one content management system or website platform, such as WordPress, Webflow, or an equivalent, is required. Please identify the platforms you have used and describe your level of experience with each.
You should understand website performance, usability, accessibility, technical SEO fundamentals, and cross-device testing. The ability to troubleshoot independently, follow project requirements, organize tasks, and pay close attention to detail is important. Professional written and spoken English, a reliable remote-work setup, and availability for the agreed Pacific Time schedule are also required.
Experience building lead-generation landing pages, customizing WordPress sites, or using Elementor, Webflow, or comparable tools is an advantage. Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, conversion or call tracking, CRM connections such as GoHighLevel, and automation tools is also beneficial. Experience with migrations, version control, deployment workflows, or technical documentation is welcome.
Include links to relevant websites or work samples in your CV. For each example, explain your contribution and the platforms and tools you used. Please also submit a 60–90 second audio or video introduction in your own voice, describing your relevant experience, tools, and Pacific Time availability. Audio-only introductions are welcome.
Responsibilities
Build, update, and maintain responsive websites, CMS pages, and landing pages using the platforms selected for each assignment. Improve layouts, navigation, calls to action, and lead forms to support usability and conversion goals. Optimize mobile experiences, page speed, accessibility, and technical SEO fundamentals.
Connect forms, analytics, tracking, CRM platforms, and other approved integrations when required. Investigate and resolve website issues, broken links, plugins, scripts, and integration problems. Test changes across relevant browsers and devices, document completed updates, and provide clear handover instructions.
Collaborate with marketing, design, and client teams to understand requirements and deliver appropriate solutions. Maintain accurate content, follow brand guidelines, communicate progress, and raise questions or risks promptly.
Benefits
Remote opportunities are open to applicants internationally, offering the possibility of working with U.S.-based businesses from different locations. Assignments may vary in scope and duration, with full-time, part-time, and project-based options available depending on client requirements. Specific compensation, schedules, hours, and engagement terms will be shared and confirmed for each assignment. Candidates may be considered for future work that aligns with their skills and experience.
Equal Opportunity
Boogie Team welcomes applications from qualified candidates regardless of location or background. Selection and placement are based on relevant skills, experience, portfolio, availability, and the requirements of each client assignment. We are committed to professional, respectful collaboration and fair consideration throughout the recruiting process.
