Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Mobile Software Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in native iOS and Android application development. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Swift and/or Kotlin, mobile application architecture, and software development practices.

The role involves designing, developing, testing, and maintaining mobile applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, user-focused software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand use cases, pain points, and business requirements, and advocate for user-centric software solutions.

• Design, develop, test, and deliver software solutions using appropriate programming languages, frameworks, tools, and methodologies, including Agile.

• Evaluate application requirements and determine suitable technology stacks, integration methods, and deployment strategies.

• Create high-level software architecture designs defining application structures, components, and interfaces.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product owners, designers, and architects.

• Define and implement software testing strategies, guidelines, policies, and processes.

• Continuously improve application performance and optimize development efficiency by adopting new technologies.

• Apply software engineering practices such as Test-Driven Development (TDD), Continuous Integration (CI), and Continuous Delivery (CD).

• Support security practices to protect user data, including encryption and anonymization.

• Develop user-friendly and interactive interfaces.

• Develop and maintain backend applications, including APIs and microservices.

• Evaluate and incorporate emerging technologies and capabilities to deliver effective software solutions.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of overall IT experience.

• 8+ years of software development experience.

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in native mobile application development.

• 6+ years of hands-on experience developing mobile applications using Swift in the iOS development ecosystem and/or Kotlin in the Android development ecosystem.

• 3+ years of experience in mobile frontend application architecture, including modular application design, state management, and navigation strategies.

• Strong programming experience in two coding languages or advanced proficiency in one programming language.

• Experience designing, developing, testing, and maintaining software applications.

• Bachelor's degree.

Work Arrangement

• Hybrid work arrangement.

• Onsite work required four days per week, Monday through Thursday.

• Candidates must be available to work onsite as required.
