Partner Marketing Manager

Level: Manager· Team: Marketing · Reports to: VP of Marketing · Location: Remote (U.S.) · Full-time

About xUz37

xUz37 is the payments platform for Main Street. More than 30,000 businesses, from salons and repair shops to family-owned retailers, process over $12 billion a year on xUz37, directly or through the partners and software they already use. Since 2005, we've built payments that do their job, so owners can do theirs.

About the role

We're hiring a Partner Marketing Manager to turn Unq4a'B software and association partnerships into a reliable source of new merchants. You'll build joint go-to-market programs with SaaS/ISV partners, ISO and association partners, give partners what they need to market xUz37 to their customers and members, and own the number for partner pipeline.

You'll work closely with partnerships, sales, product marketing, and our Events Manager. This role is for someone who can set a partner strategy and run the programs themselves, while managing our Trade Show & Events Manager.

What you'll own

• Partner-sourced pipeline — you hold the target for partner and merchant level pipeline and own the plan to hit it, working with sales leaders to identify signals and opportunities for outbound.

• Partner marketing strategy — tiering partners by potential and building a quarterly marketing plan for each tier, so effort goes where the merchants are.

• ISV and Software partner co-marketing — running joint campaigns, integration launches, webinars, press releases and marketplace listings with software partners who embed or refer xUz37.

• Association programs — building member-benefit campaigns with endorsed association partners, including member communications, newsletter placements, and conference presence.

• Partner activation & enablement — creating co-branded kits (email templates, landing pages, one-pagers, pitch decks) that partners use to sell xUz37, in partnership with the content and creative team. Activate with partners at key moments throughout the year, including events/tradeshows.

• Partner and association events — working with our Events Manager on which shows and sponsorships to pursue, partner activations at those events, and the follow-up campaigns that turn booth traffic into pipeline.

• Partner recruitment marketing — content and campaigns that bring new ISVs and associations into the program.

• Tracking and attribution — working with Marketing Ops to set up partner lead routing, campaigns, source tracking, and campaign reporting in HubSpot.

• Measurement — reporting partner-sourced pipeline, MQLs, and merchant activations by partner to leadership, and optimizing regularly.

What success looks like

In your first year:

• Grow pipeline at the partner and merchant level for associations, ISVs and ISOs

• Optimize existing channels, nurtures to increase conversion rates and reduce CPL/CAC

• Build with AI – use AI to streamline workflows, improve signal-based messaging/outreach, build SDR motion through tools like Clay/Claude

Minimum qualifications

• 5–8 years of B2B marketing experience, including at least 3 years in partner, channel, or alliance marketing.

• A track record of building partner programs that produced measurable pipeline — you can point to partner-sourced revenue, not just co-branded assets.

• Experience running co-marketing with software partners (ISVs, ISOs, platforms, or marketplaces), including joint launches and shared campaigns.

• Experience building partner enablement materials that partners actually used.

• HubSpot or similar marketing automation experience, including campaign tracking and lead source attribution.

• Strong written communication — you can write a partner pitch, a co-branded email, and a clear program brief.

• Ability to align partner marketing teams and internal stakeholders without formal authority.

• Comfort working events: planning partner activations and following up after shows.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience in payments, fintech, or financial services, especially integrated or embedded payments sold through software partners.

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

• Experience with association or membership-based marketing — you know how to reach members through their organizations.

• Experience marketing to SMB merchants.
