About the Role

Strategic Consulting Partners is seeking a mid-level UI Designer to create thoughtful, high-quality visual experiences across its creative projects. The role focuses on visual design, campaign development, launch video planning, presentation design, and user-centered design practices.

The successful candidate will use analytics and creative judgment to improve design outcomes, develop consistent visual systems, and collaborate with development teams to ensure designs are accurately delivered. This full-time position offers creative ownership, remote flexibility, and opportunities for professional growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze performance data to understand which creative elements are producing results.

• Create layouts, typography, and imagery that strengthen the Strategic Consulting Partners experience.

• Develop campaign systems from creative concepts and taglines.

• Plan the emotional flow of launch videos before production begins.

• Turn detailed strategy presentations into clear and impactful visual concepts.

• Promote collaborative, user-centered design throughout projects.

• Coordinate design handoffs between creative and development teams to ensure important details are not missed.

• Develop A/B test variations that isolate individual creative elements for comparison.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience with Principle.

• Demonstrated ability to follow through and deliver completed work.

• Ability to ask questions, identify potential issues, and address them before they become costly mistakes.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a close-knit team.

• Mid-level interpersonal skills.

• Willingness to develop further knowledge of Information Architecture.

• Tempe, Arizona.

Salary & Benefits

• Annual salary: $56,000–$84,000.
