The role owns organic and paid search performance end-to-end: technical SEO, content optimization, and paid search programs that drive qualified traffic and pipeline for a fast-growing technology company.
You will work across web, content, and demand-generation teams to turn search data into rankings, traffic, and revenue — owning the tools, the experiments, and the reporting.
Key Responsibilities
• Own technical SEO: run audits with Screaming Frog, Sitebulb, or similar; resolve crawl, indexation, Core Web Vitals, and schema issues in partnership with engineering
• Build and execute keyword and content strategies using Ahrefs, Semrush, and search console data; brief writers and prioritize pages by traffic and conversion potential
• Manage paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising: keyword builds, bidding strategy, ad copy testing, and budget allocation
• Design and run on-page experiments (titles, metadata, internal linking, landing pages) and measure impact on rankings, CTR, and conversions
• Own search analytics reporting: GA4, Looker Studio, and Search Console dashboards tying rankings and spend to pipeline and revenue
• Monitor algorithm updates and competitor movements; proactively adjust strategy and communicate risk and opportunity to leadership
• Manage agency relationships, tool stack, and SEO/SEM budget
What We Are Looking For
• 3-6 years of hands-on SEO and SEM experience, ideally in B2B or B2C technology
• Deep working knowledge of Google Ads (Search, Performance Max), GA4, Search Console, and at least one major SEO platform (Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog)
• Understanding of technical SEO concepts: site architecture, crawl budget, structured data, page speed, JavaScript rendering
• Track record of measurable results in organic traffic growth and paid search efficiency (ROAS, CPA, or pipeline contribution)
• Comfortable with spreadsheets and basic analysis — SQL or Python skills that support analysis are a plus
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Bonus: experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow), HTML/CSS fundamentals, conversion rate optimization testing, or 2Y-beZrgZEr content workflows
