• Location: Baltimore, Maryland (remote candidates are welcome, provided they are willing to travel onsite once per quarter)

About the Role

NcQUetXryE is building a ServiceNow team for a federal program, and we are hiring developers across six specializations. You will build and maintain the ServiceNow capabilities the agency depends on every day. You will work closely with business analysts, architects, and agency stakeholders from first requirement to production release.

We are looking for strong, dependable people: developers who write clean, supportable code, favor out-of-box capability over customization, and take ownership of what they ship.

• CMDB Developer: CI class model, identification and reconciliation rules, CMDB Health, data quality

• ITOM, CMDB & Discovery Developer (Enterprise Service Management): Discovery, Service Mapping, MID Servers, Service Graph Connectors

• SAM Developer (Software Asset Management): SAM Pro, software normalization, license reconciliation, publisher packs

• UX/Portal Developer: Service Portal, Employee Center, UI Builder, Next Experience workspaces

• APM/EA Developer (Enterprise Architecture & Innovation): Application Portfolio Management, business capabilities, EA data model and reporting

• GRC Developer (Cybersecurity Technology Integration): IRM/GRC, policy and compliance, risk, integration with security tooling

What You Will Do

• Design, build, and configure ServiceNow solutions in your specialization, using out-of-box capability first.

• Write and maintain server- and client-side code: Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Flow Designer.

• Build and support integrations using REST and SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Servers, and import sets.

• Turn user stories from business analysts into working, tested functionality.

• Take part in Agile ceremonies, peer code reviews, and controlled promotion across instances.

• Meet federal security, Section 508 accessibility, and change management requirements.

• Document your work clearly and support handover to operations.

What You Bring

• 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development.

• Strong JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting, including GlideRecord and the Glide APIs.

• Practical delivery experience in at least one of the specializations above.

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).

• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust.

• Clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to Have

• Certified Application Developer (CAD), or a Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) credential in your area: Discovery, Service Mapping, SAM, IRM, or APM.

• Experience on a federal program, or with ServiceNow in a government cloud environment.

• For GRC: working knowledge of NIST RMF, NIST SP 800-53, and FISMA.

• For UX/Portal: accessible design, design systems, and prototyping in Figma.
