The role owns the content engine for a fast-growing technology company: strategy, production, and distribution of the blog, SEO program, technical guides, case studies, webinars, and email nurture content that drive organic pipeline.
You will translate complex product and technical concepts into content that ranks, converts, and equips sales — partnering with SEO, demand gen, product marketing, and design in a metrics-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Own and execute the editorial calendar across blog, whitepapers, case studies, webinar content, and email nurture tracks
• Drive the SEO program end-to-end: keyword research, content briefs, on-page optimization, and organic performance reporting in GA4 and Search Console
• Interview subject-matter experts and write or edit high-quality technical and thought-leadership content for B2B buyers
• Manage freelance writers, agencies, and internal SMEs to hit production targets on schedule
• Collaborate with demand generation to develop gated assets, landing pages, and ABM content that support campaign goals
• Measure content performance against KPIs — organic traffic, MQLs, pipeline contribution — and iterate quarterly on what works
• Repurpose top-performing content across formats and channels to maximize reach and efficiency
What We Are Looking For
• 4-7 years of content marketing experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or technology
• Proven track record growing organic traffic and producing content that converts to pipeline
• Hands-on with SEO tooling (Ahrefs, Semrush, or similar), a CMS (WordPress, Webflow, or HubSpot), and analytics platforms
• Excellent writing, editing, and interviewing skills with a portfolio of published work
• Experience briefing and managing freelance writers and external agencies
• Comfort working with technical subject matter and translating it for buyer audiences
• Bonus: experience with bb-pTn8C6J9 content workflows, video/podcast production, or ABM platforms like 6sense or Demandbase
