Growth Marketing Specialist — San Francisco Bay Area

We are hiring for a Palo Alto-based, Bessemer-backed company building a personal AI that learns what matters to you and handles it before you ask. We’re a small, fast-moving team looking for a growth marketer to help more people discover and love the product.

The Role

You'll own the experiments and channels that bring in new users, activate them and keep them coming back, working closely with product, design and engineering.

What You'll Do

• Run paid and organic acquisition across channels like paid social, search, creators and community

• Design fast experiments, then scale what works

• Improve onboarding, conversion and paid upgrades

• Build lifecycle, referral and product-led growth loops

• Track CAC, LTV and ROAS, and share clear reports

What We're Looking For

Must have

• 1–6 years in growth or performance marketing

• Hands-on experience with a direct-to-consumer AI product

• Familiarity with modern growth tactics: creator and UGC marketing, product-led growth and AI-assisted content

• Strong analytical skills, including funnel analysis and A/B testing

• Experience with ad platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok) and analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel or similar)

• Proven experience running influencer and creator marketing campaigns, including sourcing, partnerships and performance tracking

Nice to have

• Subscription or freemium monetization experience

• SQL, attribution and lifecycle tools

• SEO or generative engine optimization
