Job Title: UX Designer

Location: 100% Remote.

Experience: 10+ years

Must Have for this role:

• UX design and user experience strategy.

• AI-related product experiences.

• Product development collaboration.

• Visual communication and design.

• Human Capital Management (HCM) domain experience preferred.

• Working closely with cross-functional teams to design and improve user experiences.

• Looking for minimum of 8 years of experience.

• UX Design Expertise o User-centered design. o Wireframing and prototyping. o End-to-end UX process. o Figma, FigJam, Adobe XD
