UX Designer / Product Designer — San Francisco Bay Area

Job Description

We are looking for a hands-on Senior / Lead UX Designer with strong experience designing internal enterprise applications, B2B SaaS platforms, and AI-powered workflows. The ideal candidate should independently own end-to-end UX design, from user research and discovery to functional prototyping and delivery.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of UX/Product Design experience with complex enterprise applications.

• Strong experience designing internal employee-facing tools, B2B SaaS platforms, and complex workflows.

• Hands-on experience with AI-powered, agentic AI, or generative AI product design.

• Advanced Figma skills, including Auto Layout, Components, Variables, Design Systems, and Dev Mode.

• Hands-on experience with Claude Code, Vercel/v0, Figma Make, or similar AI prototyping tools to create functional, interactive prototypes.

• Strong expertise in user research, usability testing, wireframing, information architecture, and interaction design.

• Ability to independently translate ambiguous business requirements into end-to-end product solutions.

• Experience collaborating with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders.

• Knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards and design system best practices.

Nice to Have: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Next.js, and experience designing workflow automation or multi-system integrations.

Key Focus: Internal enterprise workflow optimization, AI-native product design, and hands-on functional prototyping.
