Purpose of Position

The Brand Marketing Specialist serves as a key support resource for the NJA and Portfolio Brands Marketing team, helping ensure campaigns, content initiatives, and cross-functional activities are executed efficiently and effectively. This role supports strategic priorities and day-to-day operations through campaign development and execution, content coordination, and operational support. The position also partners closely with Project Management to communicate marketing requirements, decisions, and dependencies throughout the development process.

Tasks And Responsibilities

Content Management & Execution:

• Maintain visibility into content published across FnPZfT7 digital properties to ensure accuracy, relevance, and timely deployment.

• Coordinate with channel leads, creative teams, and business partners to support content planning and execution.

• Maintain content calendars, support asset organization, track deliverables, and build digital content for review and approval.

Cross-Functional Team Support

• Assist the Brand Marketing team in gathering content, assets, approvals, and information needed to advance initiatives.

• Facilitate coordination across Marketing and business partners to ensure materials are organized and communication flows effectively.

• Support executional needs without direct ownership of project timelines, workflows, or project delivery.

Marketing & Brand Support

• Support cross-channel marketing efforts across web, paid media, social media, email and public relations.

• Contribute to projects such as content publishing, keyword research, presentation development, and media inquiry coordination.

• Provide support across FnPZfT7 brands and affiliated companies as business needs arise.

Administrative And Financial Operations Resource

• Support day-to-day marketing operations, including invoice processing, purchase order management, budget tracking, new vendor documentation, and project request submissions.

• Partner with Finance to maintain accurate reporting and support budget management processes.
