The role sits at the intersection of data, systems, and go-to-market operations: translating business questions into analyses, dashboards, and process improvements that leadership actually uses to make decisions.
You will work across revenue, product, and finance teams to instrument the business — connecting CRM, billing, and product data into a reliable reporting layer and driving operational changes from the insights.
Key Responsibilities
• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting in SQL, Looker, or Tableau covering pipeline, retention, and revenue KPIs
• Partner with sales, marketing, and finance to define metrics, ensure data integrity, and standardize definitions across systems
• Analyze CRM and product data (Salesforce, dbt, Snowflake or similar) to surface trends, anomalies, and growth opportunities
• Document and improve core business processes, recommending workflow and tooling changes with clear ROI
• Own ad hoc analyses for leadership, turning ambiguous questions into structured, decision-ready findings
• Support systems implementation and integration projects, including requirements gathering, UAT, and rollout
What We Are Looking For
• 3-6 years of business analysis, revenue operations, or analytics experience, ideally in a SaaS or tech environment
• Strong SQL skills; comfortable querying, joining, and validating large datasets independently
• Hands-on experience with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI) and CRM platforms (Salesforce)
• Track record of translating business needs into technical requirements and delivering measurable outcomes
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (economics, statistics, engineering, or related) or equivalent experience
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings to executives clearly and concisely
• Bonus: experience with dbt, Python or R for analysis, and RevOps tooling (HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Clari)
