About The Role

We are seeking a remote Web Designer with excellent communication skills to join our Creative Department. This role is ideal for a candidate who thrives at the intersection of design, content, business, and marketing, and who is passionate about creating visually engaging and highly functional web designs. The Web Designer will play a pivotal role in shaping our clients’ digital presence by delivering pixel-perfect designs optimized for both desktop and mobile platforms, with a strong emphasis on UI/UX best practices. Many of our clients are medical professionals, so the ability to quickly adapt and learn new concepts is essential. This position requires exceptional technical skills, strong organizational abilities, and the capacity to collaborate effectively within a creative team. Candidates must reside in California, Arizona, Michigan, Washington, Colorado, or Georgia.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in web design with a strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX expertise

• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar

• Strong understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first development

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines

• Experience collaborating in a team environment and mentoring junior designers

• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced agency setting

• Familiarity with medical or healthcare industry web design is a plus

• Residence in California, Arizona, Michigan, Washington, Colorado, or Georgia

Responsibilities

• Create visually compelling, user-centered web designs that align with client goals and brand identity

• Collaborate closely with the Creative Services Manager and cross-functional teams to develop design strategies

• Ensure pixel-perfect execution of designs across desktop and mobile platforms

• Translate complex concepts into seamless and intuitive user experiences

• Lead creative brainstorming sessions and contribute to team-wide design innovation

• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers and support team collaboration

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail

• Communicate design ideas clearly and professionally to internal teams and clients

• Adapt quickly to client feedback and evolving project requirements with a positive attitude

• Stay current on industry trends, tools, and best practices in web design and UI/UX
