The Opportunity

We're looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter who knows how to identify, engage, and deliver top IT talent in a fast-paced, high-volume staffing environment.This individual will own the full recruiting lifecycle across contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent placement opportunities, with a primary focus on IT and technical positions.

The ideal candidate is a proactive, resourceful recruiter who can manage multiple priorities, build strong candidate relationships, and consistently deliver results. What You'll Do

• Own the full-cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate presentation, offer coordination, and placement.

• Manage a high volume of technical requisitions across contract, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire opportunities.

• Source and engage IT professionals across infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, software development, data, enterprise applications, and technical support.

• Develop creative sourcing strategies utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, Boolean searches, professional networks, and other channels.

• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future opportunities.

• Partner closely with account managers to understand client requirements, technical skill sets, and hiring priorities.

• Evaluate candidates for technical qualifications, career motivations, compensation expectations, and overall fit.

• Maintain accurate candidate records, recruiting activity, and pipeline management within our applicant tracking system.

• Leverage technology, automation, and AI tools to streamline administrative tasks, improve productivity, and spend more time building meaningful relationships.

• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through proactive communication, transparency, and follow-through.

• Take accountability for recruiting activity, candidate quality, and successful placements.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of professional recruiting experience, with a strong emphasis on IT and technical staffing.

• Demonstrated success recruiting in a high-volume staffing agency or similarly fast-paced environment.

• Experience managing contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent placement recruiting processes.

• Strong understanding of technical roles, terminology, and IT skill sets, with the ability to effectively screen and qualify technical candidates.

• Proven ability to independently manage multiple requisitions while balancing speed, quality, and candidate experience.

• Strong sourcing capabilities, including Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and alternative candidate sourcing methods.

• Excellent communication, relationship-building, organizational, and time-management skills.

• Self-motivated, accountable, and comfortable operating with a high degree of autonomy.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience utilizing Bullhorn ATS for candidate management, pipeline tracking, and recruiting workflows.

• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Teams, Excel, and other productivity tools.

• Experience leveraging AI-powered tools and automation to reduce repetitive administrative work and improve recruiting efficiency.

• Established professional network within the St. Louis IT and technology community.

• Experience recruiting across multiple technical disciplines and skill levels.
