The role owns end-to-end UX design for core product surfaces - translating complex workflows into interfaces that are intuitive, accessible, and measurable. The work spans discovery research, interaction design, and design systems in a product used by thousands of users daily.
You will partner directly with product managers, frontend engineers, and UX researchers to define problems, prototype solutions, and validate them with real users. Design decisions here are tied to metrics, not just aesthetics.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead discovery and generative research (user interviews, usability testing, contextual inquiry) to ground product decisions in evidence
• Design end-to-end product flows, from low-fidelity wireframes to polished, interactive prototypes in Figma
• Own and evolve a component-driven design system, ensuring consistency, accessibility (WCAG 2.1 AA), and handoff quality
• Plan and run moderated and unmoderated usability studies, synthesize findings, and present actionable recommendations to cross-functional teams
• Instrument and evaluate design decisions using A/B testing, analytics (Amplitude/Mixpanel), and qualitative feedback loops
• Collaborate closely with frontend engineers to ensure faithful implementation of designs, including responsive behavior, states, and edge cases
• Contribute to a culture of critique through regular design reviews, documentation, and pattern libraries
What We Are Looking For
• 3–7 years of UX design experience shipping production software for B2B or consumer products
• A strong portfolio demonstrating the full design process - research, problem framing, interaction design, and measurable outcomes
• Expert-level Figma skills, including prototyping, auto-layout, and design system maintenance
• Hands-on experience with usability testing and research synthesis; comfort conducting studies independently end-to-end
• Working knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and responsive, cross-platform design
• BA/BS in HCI, Interaction Design, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Bonus: Frontend literacy (HTML/CSS basics, design-to-dev handoff with Storybook), experience with design tokens, or a background in data-heavy/dashboard products
