Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid position for a Low-Code Application Developer supporting a U.S. Space Force customer. You will build and deploy data-driven applications on platforms such as Palantir Foundry, Microsoft Power Platform, OutSystems, Mendix, or similar tools. The focus is on delivering applications with these platforms, not engineering the platforms themselves.
You will work directly with stakeholders and operators to deliver scalable tools and workflows that solve real mission problems in data-rich, high-tempo environments.
Responsibilities• Design and deliver end-user applications in low-code environments such as Palantir Foundry Workshop, Ontology Builder, and pipelines, or equivalents in Power Platform or Mendix.
• Work with stakeholders and users to understand requirements, map workflows, and build interactive applications with minimal traditional code.
• Build modular applications using visual logic editors, drag-and-drop tools, and reusable components to shorten time to value.
• Integrate with external systems through platform connectors or APIs to automate workflows and centralize data.
• Own the full application lifecycle: prototyping, deployment, optimization, and ongoing maintenance in fast-changing operational environments.
• Use platform-native tools for data transformation, logic flows, reporting, dashboards, and user role configuration.
• Stay current on new platform capabilities and bring emerging best practices into solution design.
Qualifications• 5+ years of experience in software or application development, including hands-on work with low-code platforms.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency building business-facing applications with low-code tools, including forms, workflows, dashboards, and permissions.
• Hands-on experience with data modeling, application logic, and workflow configuration in a low-code setting.
• Ability to build and troubleshoot data integrations (APIs, ETL, pipelines) using platform-native methods.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for working with stakeholders in an agile, iterative cadence.
• U.S. citizenship and an active DoD Secret clearance.
Preferred Qualifications• Working knowledge of SQL, Python, or JavaScript.
• Experience with Palantir Foundry in a DoD environment.
Work LocationThis is a hybrid position. You will work on-site with the government customer at an off-base location 2 to 3 days a week in either Colorado Springs, CO or El Segundo, CA. The work is fast-paced and requires regular access to secure networks, so candidates should live within comfortable driving distance of one of these locations.
