Eutf28Skv 8pR9Eq2 pQn2c is a family-owned food manufacturer looking for an IT Solutions WCuHPevhv – AI & Automation to be the technical authority behind the software, integrations, and automation that keep our operations running. You'll design, build, and support solutions using AI tools, APIs, custom code, and RPA platforms like UiPath, connect our business systems including Sage X3, and set the standards a growing team of specialists will build on.

What You'll Do

• Define and maintain the architecture for our custom applications, integrations, automation workflows, and AI-enabled systems

• Work with business teams to identify manual processes and prioritize opportunities by value, feasibility, and risk

• Evaluate AI services, RPA platforms, APIs, and cloud services, and recommend the best fit for capability, cost, and long-term maintainability

• Design, build, test, and deploy automations and integrations, including attended and unattended UiPath automations and Orchestrator scheduling, queues, and monitoring

• Develop and maintain integrations between Sage X3, other business applications, databases, and external services using C#/.NET and REST or SOAP APIs

• Build and support custom web (Blazor), desktop, and console applications and shared class libraries on current .NET versions

• Support CI/CD pipelines, including deployments, versioning, and environment configurations

• Establish development standards, coding practices, and documentation requirements

• Build Power BI dashboards and data connections that help teams make decisions and measure results

• Develop and test AI-enabled workflows with data protections, accuracy checks, and human review before production use

• Monitor production systems, resolve failures and data discrepancies, and maintain logging, exception handling, and support documentation

• Partner with Finance, Operations, HR, Sales, Maintenance, and IT to estimate ROI, prioritize projects, and deliver solutions

• Own initiatives from requirements through deployment, end-user training, and ongoing support

• Track and report measurable results such as time saved, error reduction, and reliability

• Follow company requirements for access control, data security, testing, and change management, and ensure solutions support food safety, quality, and regulatory requirements

What You Need

• 3-5 years of hands-on software development and systems integration experience, including automation (RPA/UiPath) and AI-driven workflows

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field; equivalent experience considered

• Deep proficiency in C#, .NET (including .NET Core and modern .NET), and SQL, with production applications delivered across web, desktop, console, and services

• Experience with Blazor or comparable modern web frameworks

• Experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and managing application infrastructure and deployments

• Practical experience building RPA automations with UiPath or a comparable platform (Power Automate, Automation Anywhere)

• Practical experience applying AI tools or services in business workflows, such as document extraction, classification, or summarization

• Experience with RESTful APIs, SOAP web services, and data integration patterns

• Experience with relational databases, data warehousing, and reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau

• Familiarity with Git and IDEs such as Visual Studio or JetBrains Rider

Bonus Points

• Experience integrating with ERP systems, especially Sage X3

• UiPath Orchestrator experience

• Manufacturing, food production, or supply chain experience
