Downtown Fort Worth law firm is looking for someone to manage our hybrid Microsoft environment and spearhead our transition to Azure.

You'll wear many hats, from building on-prem servers to delivering top-tier IT support to our legal team. If you have small-company grit, outstanding customer service skills, and a track record of driving cloud efficiency, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:

Engine of the Ecosystem: Own, optimize, and secure our hybrid Microsoft environment (on-prem servers + Azure cloud).

Lead the Cloud Journey: Proactively drive our Azure migration with precision, ensuring seamless continuity and zero downtime for our team.

Maintain Bulletproof Security: Keep our legal systems reliable, secure, and fully compliant in a fast-paced environment.

Deliver White-Glove Support: Partner directly with internal teams to solve complex IT challenges with urgency, calm, and outstanding service.

What You Bring:

Small-Company Agility: Experience building, configuring, and managing physical/virtual servers from the ground up in a close-knit setting.

Cool Under Pressure: You excel when the pressure is on and deadlines are tight.

Azure & Microsoft Expertise: Strong hands-on knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, M365, and Azure cloud infrastructure.
