About The Role

Vaaridatech is seeking an experienced React JS Developer to build and support user-facing applications connected to workflow-driven business processes. In this full-time role, you will work across frontend development, backend APIs, process orchestration, and integrations with internal and external services. You will partner with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into maintainable, secure, and dependable solutions.

The successful candidate will bring strong React experience and the ability to contribute across a broader technical landscape that includes Camunda 7, Python REST services, and scalable worker integrations. You will also help incorporate agentic mb capabilities into governed workflows, with appropriate controls for approvals, auditing, and operational oversight.

Qualifications

You bring 8–12 years of relevant software development experience, including substantial hands-on work building production React applications. You have a solid understanding of component-driven UI development, hooks, state management, responsive design, and frontend testing practices. Experience consuming REST APIs securely and reliably—including authentication-aware requests, error handling, pagination, and caching—is essential.

You have practical experience designing BPMN workflows in Camunda 7, including service and user tasks, gateways, timers, and message events. You understand transaction boundaries and performance considerations, including the use of asyncBefore and asyncAfter. You can develop Python REST APIs using frameworks such as FastAPI or Flask, validate requests, apply secure authentication patterns, and integrate with downstream systems.

Additional qualifications include experience with Camunda External Tasks; Java or Python worker development; idempotent processing, retries, and backoff strategies; and resilient service integrations. Familiarity with LLM or agent tool/function calling, prompt and version management, human-in-the-loop controls, auditability, Databricks jobs, and Camunda Cockpit, Tasklist, or Admin is valuable. Strong communication, troubleshooting, and collaboration skills are expected.

Responsibilities

Build, enhance, and maintain React applications using reusable components and well-structured state management. Integrate user journeys with backend APIs and workflow services, ensuring secure data exchange, clear error experiences, and dependable performance. Collaborate with stakeholders to refine requirements, assess technical options, and deliver maintainable features.

Design and implement Camunda 7 BPMN processes, configure workflow tasks and events, and tune execution for throughput and reliability. Develop Python APIs and scalable External Task workers that connect workflows to internal and external services. Apply validation, authentication, idempotency, retries, backoff, monitoring, and appropriate transaction handling throughout the solution.

Integrate agentic mb and LLM capabilities as controlled workflow steps, including tool or function calling, prompt versioning, approval checkpoints, and audit trails. Trigger and monitor Databricks jobs, correlate outcomes with Camunda process instances, and support operational teams using Camunda Cockpit, Tasklist, and Admin tools. Contribute to code reviews, testing, documentation, and continuous improvement.
