Jbzz RpHdB ecMU (FGW) is a venture-backed brand acquisition and management firm focused on rapidly acquiring direct-to-consumer (“DTC”) wine companies to build a multi-brand wine marketplace. We are revolutionizing the DTC wine industry by leveraging strategic investments to drive growth and operational efficiency, ensuring each brand reaches its full potential while maintaining its unique identity.
The Role
As Associate Manager, eCommerce, you’ll play a hands-on role managing a portfolio of FGW’s brand storefronts.. Reporting to the Senior Director, eCommerce, you’ll sit at the intersection of marketing, merchandising, wine product, and digital operations, partnering closely with cross-functional teams to bring each brand’s online experience to life.
This is a highly dynamic, hands-on role for someone looking to grow their career in ecommerce. You’ll keep the day-to-day running smoothly as priorities evolve, while bringing fresh, data-informed ideas that help your brands grow.
What You’ll Do
Site Management & Merchandising
• Keep each storefront fresh and compelling by merchandising available wines based on inventory, seasonality, and marketing-driven promotions.
• Uphold brand consistency and a best-in-class user experience across every site update, ensuring all content is optimized for clarity, SEO, and conversion.
• Provide data-informed recommendations on ecommerce priorities and help keep projects moving forward on time.
• Manage day-to-day site updates for a portfolio of brands, from merchandising and navigation to product pages, collections, and landing pages, with on-page SEO and site content optimized for both traditional and AI-driven search experiences.
• Partner with the broader eCommerce team to share best practices, streamline operations, and drive consistency across all FGW storefronts.
Promotions
• Manage promotion setup across storefronts, including discount creation, offer stacking, and ensuring a seamless, cohesive promotional experience on site.
• Collaborate with brand, creative, lifecycle, and performance marketing teams to bring promotional calendars to life.
• Help analyze past promotional performance, including conversion, AOV, and redemption rates, and share recommendations for opportunities to optimize future offers, landing pages, and on-site promotional placements so each campaign builds on what’s worked before.
Performance & Optimization
• Track and monitor site performance metrics for the brands, such as conversion rate, add-to-cart and checkout completion rates, bounce rate, site speed, Core Web Vitals, and mobile vs. desktop performance.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve performance, both within ecommerce and in partnership with other marketing teams.
• Use AI and analytics tools to turn behavioral data, merchandising trends, and traffic insights into actionable improvements across the on-site customer experience, from landing page to checkout.
• Contribute to CRO and A/B testing efforts by generating test ideas, supporting test launches, and implementing winning experiences.
Site Health
• Conduct regular storefront audits to identify and resolve issues such as broken links, navigation errors, outdated content, pricing discrepancies, or UX bugs.
• Proactively flag and communicate issues to the appropriate teams (CX, engineering, creative) for timely resolution.
• Continuously improve workflows, documentation, and tools, using AI in everyday work to streamline repetitive tasks and help site operations scale efficiently across brands.

• Represent ecommerce in cross-functional working groups and launch planning for your brands.
