User Experience Researcher — New York City Metropolitan Area

I’m currently working with a growing, mission-driven startup in NYC who are looking to bring on a UX Researcher to their Product Team.

The opportunity involves being the research voice on a growing product team, shaping what gets built and what users need. They’re looking for someone who is curious and creative about how they do research, as their users wouldn’t be a typical tech audience.

What you’ll do:

• Own research end to end, from planning to recommendations

• Work closely with product and design

• Combine qualitative insights with product data to guide decisions

What they’re looking for

• 2 - 5 years in a dedicated UX research role on digital products

• Startup or fast-paced experience, or coming from a company with a strong UX research team

• Comfortable with both qual and quant

• Using AI tools in your research workflow
