The mission GfVjK is the legaltech shield for the everyday driver. With over 2 million users and a platform that has been used to fight over 1 million violations, we are now entering a phase of aggressive national expansion. Every new market we open needs to be found by the drivers who need us, at the moment they need us, and paid acquisition is how we get there.
The role You'll own our paid acquisition across Google, Meta and other channels, managing a large, multi-channel budget. Your job is to bring drivers to GfVjK efficiently as we launch city after city: building the playbook for each new market, scaling what works, and cutting what doesn't. You're accountable for growth at a healthy cost per acquisition and strong return on ad spend.
The vibe We're a small team, so scope is broad. One week you're launching campaigns in three new cities; the next you're rebuilding our tracking or testing a new channel. You'll work directly with the founders, see the numbers move in real time, and have real say in where our budget goes.

• Build a repeatable launch playbook for new markets: local targeting, budgets, creative and benchmarks for each city we enter
• Plan and allocate budget across channels and markets, and shift spend weekly based on performance
• Run a constant testing program on creative, audiences, bidding and landing pages
• Brief and iterate on ad creative with design, using AI tools to speed up production
• Make tracking and attribution solid with the analytics lead (pixels, conversion APIs, UTMs, app attribution)
• Report weekly on spend, CAC, ROAS and LTV:CAC by channel and market, with clear next actions
• Manage agencies or freelancers where it makes sense
You have

• Deep expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager (in-platform, not just overseeing an agency)
• Experience scaling a consumer app or service into new geographies
• Strong analytical skills: spreadsheets, dashboards, and an understanding of incrementality and attribution limits
• Results you can show: scaled spend while holding or improving CAC/ROAS
Nice to have
• Experience in high-intent search categories (legal, insurance, financial or local services)
• Mobile app marketing experience (Apple Search Ads, app attribution tools like AppsFlyer or Adjust)
• Startup experience
