Position Overview

xMC ccdgVcNz Analyst / Scrum Master (Senior) manages project initiatives while supporting Agile and Scrum practices within the development team. This role defines project scope, develops project plans, manages resources and budgets, monitors progress, and communicates project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.

VHy position also facilitates Scrum events, coaches and mentors the development team, removes impediments, promotes continuous improvement, and supports collaboration among the Product Owner, Development Team, and stakeholders.

Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning and Delivery

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

• Develop comprehensive project plans covering timelines, resource allocation, and budgets.

• Manage and track project progress against established timelines and budgets.

• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.

• Manage project changes and obtain appropriate approvals.

• Ensure project deliverables meet established quality standards.

Stakeholder Communication and Project Reporting

• Communicate project status, risks, issues, and progress to stakeholders.

• Manage stakeholder expectations and incorporate stakeholder input into project activities.

• Coordinate project planning sessions, status meetings, and reviews.

• Maintain complete, accurate, and accessible project documentation.

• Track and report project performance metrics.

Scrum Facilitation and Team Coaching

• Facilitate effective, time-boxed Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective events.

• Coach and mentor the development team on Scrum principles, practices, and values.

• Guide the Product Owner and Development Team in effectively applying Scrum practices.

• Remove impediments and roadblocks that hinder team progress.

• Protect the team from external distractions and interruptions.

• Promote a self-organizing, cross-functional team environment.

• Encourage continuous improvement across the development team.

• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration within the team and with stakeholders.

• Monitor and communicate team performance using sprint burndown charts, team velocity, and related metrics.

QualificationsExperience

• Senior-level professional experience. [Required]

Skills

• Experience supporting an in-house, custom-developed data pipeline. [Required]

• Experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, GitLab CI/CD, JFrog Artifactory, and AWS Cloud Services. [Required]

• Experience with UI technologies including Vue.js, Flask, Elixir, Phoenix LiveView, and DaisyUI. [Required]

• Experience with ETL technologies including Python, Cribl, Apache NiFi, PostgreSQL, Apache Kafka, Splunk, and custom GOTS applications. [Required]

• Experience with complex data parsing and streamlined ingestion. [Required]

• Experience with provenance and end-to-end data lineage tracking. [Required]

• Experience with schema-aligned ingestion and normalization of diverse structured and unstructured data. [Required]
