Who you’ll join

A growth-stage fintech building an AI-driven investment research platform used to make decisions involving real money. Scale, data complexity and latency matter deeply here. The engineering team is small, works closely with the AI and product teams, and owns its systems end to end. If you build backend systems that stay up when things get ugly, you’ll fit right in.

What you’ll do

• Build and maintain Go services that power core product workflows.

• Design APIs and data pipelines used by AI and reasoning systems.

• Improve system performance, reliability and observability.

• Review and challenge designs to keep systems simple and scalable.

• Debug production issues with speed and discipline.

• Own critical services within your first 6 months and shape architecture within your first year.

Who you are

• Spent 5+ years building backend systems in production.

• Write strong Go in production systems, not just side projects.

• Worked on the core product at a startup.

• Built and run data-heavy systems where correctness and performance matter.

• Use AI-assisted coding tools every day.

• Have exposure to fintech or investment data.

• Bonus: experience supporting ML or LLM systems, distributed systems or low-latency data pipelines.
